Apollo Beach is located in southern Hillsborough County and according to Niche.com has an approximate population of 23,000 people. Being located just off the interstate allows for easy access to Tampa or Manatee county, to the south. Although you would expect the white sand beaches you see on a postcard from Florida, much of Apollo Beach is actually waterfront property with open water access making it a boaters paradise. If you are not much of a boater, that's ok because Apollo Beach is also home to beautiful communities like Waterset, a master planned community with all of the bells and whistles. You can expect a variety of luxury and single family homes in the area where 84% of the population owns a home. THINGS TO DO IN APOLLO BEACH FL

Relaxing is the recurring theme for things to do in Apollo Beach. Many would expect crystal blue water and sugar sand beaches but it is actually a boaters paradise. Pulling at the heart strings of nautical and wildlife lovers, Apollo Beach is becoming a favored destination.
